We have been a Havertys North Point location customer for the past 4 years. Our sales person for the entire time has been Renee, she is fabulous! Four years ago we walked in the store and was greeted immediately by Renee, we explained we were there to purchase our furniture for our new house but could not have it delivered for appx. 3 to 4 month, until the house was completed. She told us no problem. She spent hours and I mean hours with us showing us furniture and area rugs. Over the next few months I called or went in the store to add items or make changes, and was always greeted by Renee with a smile and a hug! The friendly service did not stop with Renee, it continued throughout the entire staff from the Manager, to the design team and to the Cashiers. Was just in the store again 2 weeks ago and it was like going home! I would recommend this store and Renee to anyone who is needing furniture. Great service and staff.
